The file cannot be accessed error on Android 11

I am unable to open any PDFs from Files Explorer or direct from Gmail after updating to Android 11 last night. I get the error as shown in the photo attached. Before updating to Android 11, I never faced this kind of issue.

As per the issue description that you cannot open a file with the above-mentioned error, would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is it happening with a particular file or with all files?

2. Application version?

3. If possible, could you share the file with us?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
