I keep getting this message when I try to covert a PDF or use AI features . I purchased the premium membership.

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat's subscription.

This error is generally shown when Apple does not share a confirmation of your purchase going through.

This is a server side issue from Apple not confirming your subscription rather than Acrobat having anything to do.

If you still experience the same issue, I suggest reaching out to Apple support to check the anomalies and then try again.

Additionally, you may also check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html for future reference and self help

Hope this clarifies your question.

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Services to the Acrobat Reader for Mobile forum.

Are the other Premium features working for you or is it these two? Are they working today?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
