The page number of my book and the page number of adobe reader don't match.

Question

The page number of my book and the page number of adobe reader don't match. Its beacuse every book starts its page from 1 after its intro,author,publishing name,etc...it would help me a lot if there a option by which i can tell adobe reader that this is page 1.

As you have mentioned, I assume that the application is also numbering intro,author,publishing of your book and because of that its page number varied from the actual one?

Its a designed behavior of application, it doesn't go with the actual page number. It go with the count of the actual pages.

There isn't any specific setting/option that can be changed to let application know about page numbers.
