The readout loud function now breaks the document into sections but doesn't finish reading a section but it restarts the section again while still highlighting the texts in the rest of the section. So it keeps repeating that portion

I hope you are both doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble with Read Aloud. Having it repeat the same section, or stop on a loading screen after one section, makes it hard to listen to a full document.

To help us look into this, could you please share:

• Your device and operating system version (for example, Android or iPhone/iPad, and the OS version).

• The Acrobat or Acrobat Reader version installed (Settings > About in the app).

• Whether it happens with every PDF or only specific files, and whether the voice used is the standard device voice or an Adobe voice.

• A screenshot and, if possible, a short screen recording showing the issue. Please hide any personal details in them.

If you haven’t already, check for any pending app updates in your app store, then close and reopen the app and try again.
