As the Title says, there is a "Podcast" button floating at the top of my screen and I would love to know how one would remove it. It is taking up significant amounts of screen real-estate that I cannot afford to lose. It's disappointing, as recent features like Liquid Mode really helped maximize the small space with certain document types, and just as I was getting into the groove, this persistent and unclearable banner appeared.

I would appreciate any help that can be provided! Thank you!

This issue has been fixed by our development team.

As correctly mentioned by @suspiciouz ,the Podcast and Summary bars now include an “X” button, allowing you to close both at once for a cleaner view.

Additionally, if Gen AI is turned off in Preferences, the Summary and Podcast bars will not appear at all—unless the user chooses to enable them again.

In case anyone was wondering, turning the podcast bar off is currently impossible, however if you turn on the AI summary option then both podcast and summary bars will be visible but in this case an X appears and you can turn them both off in one go.

@MKXVIII I looked on my device, and I don’t have this button….granted, I also have AI turned off too. In the top corner, click on your avatar - Preferences - Slide the radio button to the left ;Enable generative AI features in Acrobat. It should go from blue to grey. Close the app (I swipe up) and reopen it make sure the changes are applied.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this doesn't correct it--despite the podcast being a generative feature, it doesn't appear to be attached to that setting. I have attached two screenshots. One with Generative features turned on, and one with it turned off.  As you can see, Podcast sticks around.

That's the reason why I tagged my post as a bug as well. Good to see my reasoning isn't crazy, haha.

@MKXVIII That button re-appeared for me… and I just tapped it to close it….
