Question

I have evidence I cancelled my subscription before the end of trial period yet your company stole money from my account an unauthorised transaction and if u return my money I will go through other means. That cost me food for 2 weeks as I had no money for transportation into town I live very remotely so thanks a lot. Scammers

Sorry for the inconvenience. As mentioned that you have been charged for a subscription, but we are not able to see any subscription under this email.

Do you have any other email that might be having the subscription active, please let us know in a private message? Also, please confirm if you are still being charged for the subscription amount?
