This feature is currently not available

Photoshop says "This feature is currently not available" and you can't use the generative fill ai function. I need to work right away, what should I do? I'm also subscribing to Firefly for a fee, and I haven't seen this phrase in the past few months. It's a problem because problems related to ai happen so often. -The grammar may be awkward because I'm currently using a translator. Please understand :)-
