“ This file can't be modified”

Question

"This file can't be further modified. You may be able to make changes to the original file." When tryIng to add another photo to my exisitng PDF that has 16 pages (so not over the limit)

want to understand why this happened and what I need to do to avoid because its frustrating having to start all over again.

I did just update my app to latest IOS version and still having the issue with a specific file.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few more details for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat;

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. A screen recording of the entire event;

4. The sample file where you see the issue, to try and reproduce the issue in-house.
