This subscription is useless

Hey forum folk. 

so who else is having never ending issues with their premium subscription on iPhone or iPad? 
great because so am I. I paid for one year- $119.99 not bloody cheap and still to this day everytime I open the app I'm only listed as a free user; regardless of the fact that I have an active subription for another 8 months roughly. I follow the pathway to manage my subscriptions and it shows as active and yet. NO PREMIUM FEATURES. 

i literaly have to uninstall and then reinstall the app at least 2-4 times in a row before some type of glitch kicks in and it finally recognises my current subription (it doesn't always work however). Then and only then can I use this stupid app for its purpose. Once I close the app however and re-open the nightmare starts all over again......  someone please help me here before I going absolutely mental and plan a hijacking is Adobe headquarters. NOT EVEN JOKING!

Hola.. yo pagué mi suscripción anual en Nov del 2021 y hoy en enero del 2022 no me reconoce como suscrito.
