Thumbnails not showing when in small size

Question

Updated IOS, show icon preview selected, pdf thumbnail icons only show in Finder when view options set to large icons. I don't wnat this. I want small icons, but would like to see the PDF thumbnails. I have tried removing adobe and reinstalling, trialling a different user, etc etc. Nothing seems to work. Please assist.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you see this issue after the latest update to your device's OS?

Additionally, could you please share a screen recording of the entire event to facilitate a better understanding and further investigation?
