How to get PDF files which are downloaded from Allen plus app??

    You have mentioned above that you want to open the files from  Allen plus app. Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

    1. Could you please let us know the format of the Allen plus app file that you have downloaded?
    2. Are you trying to open that file in Adobe Acrobat Reader application? If yes, what happens when you try to open the file?
    3. Do you get any error messages?
    4. Do you experience the issue with this particular file?
    5. Please share the application and OS version installed on the device.
