I would like to use the app professionally to send my created PDF files to others. Do the others also have to take out a monthly subscription to view it or is it enough if they only have the app on their mobile phone?

The recipients do not need to have any subscription to view PDFs. A free version of Acrobat Reader mobile is enough to view the PDFs.
