Transfert account from Android To IOS

Hello , 

I've recently change my phone and tablet for IOS. My Acrobat was renew automatically and i want to transfert my license on my iPad. 

I've login with the same email but no license found. 

Can you help me ?

    Can you confirm if you purchased the subscription using Google Play Store or Samsung Store?
