Trial charge?

I'm writing here in hopes to get a refund. I was offered a 7 day free trial on March 28,2022. I agreed to the free trial. On the same day, I was charged for the entire year! 69.99. I reached out to Google play store and was denied a refund. I cancelled my subscription in hopes that would work, no luck. What do I have to do to get my money back?

 I bought  i month free trial premium on my mobile phone. But didn't got the feature i wanted. I cancelled my subscription on the same day or next day. But i didn't get my refund. Please can anyone help me

Sorry for the delayed response. 

You got charged because you have opted for the monthly subscription and we only provide a trial for a yearly subscription.

As mentioned that you have been charged for the free trial. We need to check for more information related, could you please send us your Adobe ID, Order ID, and date when you opted for the trial in a private message. 

For sending a private message follow the below steps:

  1. Tap my name beside my profile picture.
  2. Tap send a message.
  3. Write your message and tap send.
