Tried to cancel trial

Hello, I had a free trial through Google play store and tried to cancel subscription but I was still charged. My subscription is not showing up on Google play and there is no contact information on Google play or here other then this community page. I tried calling the number they gave me but it says there is "no one available due to COVID at this time". I was charged $75.

Thanks

Hi Megan,

Adding on SS' suggestion, your current email shows that it's been 24 days since you started the subscription. Could you confirm if you got charged within the trial period of after 7 days of purchase?

Regards,

Harsh
