Trouble logging into my account

I pay monthly for Adobe premium and can't log in I have the correct email and password and it says Adobe network domain error 6? I'm frustrated as I pay for this service and can't use it

Hi,

Hope you are doing well. 

As mentioned in the issue description that you are unable to sign in on Reader mobile. Kindly check if you are able to sign in on desktop browsers, here is a help document you can refer to:

If on desktop it is not showing any error kindly reboot your mobile and try to sign in again.

Also, please share the screenshot of the error message if possible.
