Trouble shooting help with viewing signature on received attachment

I received a e-mail on my Samsung phone with an Adobe attachment. When I downloaded the app and opened the attachment it didn't display the signatures from the sender that was supposed to be throughout certain pages it just appeared as blank. What should I do, or how can I get the signatures to display?? Everything else that was supposed to be filled out was filled in.

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the name of the app you have downloaded to open and view the PDF attachment?

If you are viewing the PDF on the Web, please download the Acrobat Reader mobile app from the Play Store and use it to open the PDF attachments and see if that works.

If the file contains certified or digital signatures, it may rely on embedded certificate details that render better on desktop versions. Depending on how they were created, some scanned or image-based PDFs may also cause display issues.

You may also check the self help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html for future reference.

Let us know how it goes.
