Unable to access an dowloaded file

Hi,

I am unable to find and open a downloaded file from Outlook. It says "unable to open" "no app available to open file", yet I am a paying customer of Adobe Pdf premium version. Where can I find this or how can I get my phone to recognize Adobe to open the file? Thanks.

Hi Ryan,

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for posting your query here.Adding to ls_rbls ,  please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Is Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile Installed?
  2. Version of application?
  3. Make and model of your mobile?
  4. Is it happening with all the files?

Try to get the updated version of the application. Reboot your system. sign out and sign in back and then try again. Please share your observations.

If you get that message it means that the file is not a PDF file, or it was corrupted during download, or you haven't set a default PDF viewer in your mobile device.

Seems like you haven't set your default PDF viewer in your mobile device.

Set the Acrobat Reader mobile app as the default PDF handler in your device and try again.
