Unable to access downloaded file (Adobe mobile)

I am trying to download a file from a website that I loaded in the past..  When I click on the prompt asking to confirm that I wish to download it, I get an error saying that "the file could not be accessed.   Please check the file name and extension and try again."

 

Has anyone had this issue before?  I am not locating the file in my files.

It seems like a file-specific issue, the file is not downloaded on your system. Here I would like to know few details for a better understanding of the issue.


1. Did you view the file via the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application once?
