Unable to access my Premium Subscription

I have purchased the annual subscription on my iPad, and I am unable to access my paid "Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF" premium subscription. This is extremely frustrating. Order #: MMW78QG098. Please advise.. TIA

Hope you are doing well, 

  

Sorry for the issue you are facing to use your subscription. Your subscription should automatically activate. If you have an issue, you can reactive or restore your purchase as follows: 

  1. Tap Profile icon 
  2. Tap Subscriptions. 
  3. Tap Restore purchases. 

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.
