Unable to access some onedrive folders

On the iOS app, I'm no longer able to access the content of some of my OneDrive folders. When I try to open a pdf in acrobat reader through the OneDrive location, I am able to see all of my folders on OneDrive, but, for the folders containing PDFs, tapping the relevant folder displays the following messages:

  • "The folder contents could not be displayed due to an unknown error."

I do not receive the same message for my folders containing docx files or png files. I have been able to access the relevant folders before today and do so regularly, or have done so...

Same problem. Did you fix?

N.B. This issue… resolved itself (sorta). After little success reaching out to OneDrive, I opened Acrobat Reader again today (on my iPad) and tried to access the folder again. At first, I received the same error notification. HOWEVER, when I changed the sort options (from date to name), the files—somehow—were accessible again and the folder was readable in its entirety. I was able to change the sort optionback to date without problems. Doing this in one folder resolved the analogous issue in my other folders.

I wish I had tried that earlier, but it seemed pointless since there was nothing to sort (or nothing visible to sort, I guess…). Anyway: fixed! If anyone has this issue, try changing your sort options. Hopefully this helps someone else!!
