Why can't I access my files? I've tried multiple times.

@kingsley_4088 make sure you have a stable internet connction and that you are log-into the correct adobe account. If you wanted, you can clear the history, cache and cookies of your web browser on your device and restart your device as well. It should force you to log back into adobe account.

We had server issues during the time you posted the query on the community.
