Unable to cancel my subscriptions

I am being charged 2 different charges every month!  I am trying to cancel my subscriptions.  However there is no way to do so!  I follow the instructions, but nothing shows up in the App Store!  Please cancel the $12.99 and the $19.99 subscriptions.
