Unable to cancel subscription

Free trial expired, want to cancel my subscription, every time I press cancel the screen just hangs. I need to cancel this now

    I’ve tried all the help sites, I get through to the cancel plan stage then just get a spinning blue wheel!

    Hi Jeff, I’ve not had any issues with my Microsoft Edge browser on any other sites? I’m a private user with no corporate login. I’ve tried multiple times to cancel this paid for feature set post my free trial period. This is the only place I’ve found to contact anyone. already cost me 3 months subscription.
