Unable to Combine PDFs

The combine PDFs function that I have had zero problems with so far has stopped working. Looks like this is a chronic issue people experience, can anyone tell me how to fix this? I've tried logging out, uninstalling etc. Starts to combine the files then just flashes an error message "unable to convert your files." Zero error code or information behind the error. Pretty frustrating stuff I pay for this service it should work

    I am having the error message of cannot organize when trying to combine two small files.  I have been using this feature for past few years without any issues.  Just started last week.

    I am having the exact same issue.  The issue started right after my subscription renewel.  Never had any problems before, until now
