Unable to compress pdf file on using app

Question

Hi,

I have troubles compressing pdf files using the Adobe app. My app is up-to-date. No matter which option I choose - low, medium, or high - I still get the same message that my files are too large.

However, when I log into Adobe web version, I can compress the same files just fine.

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late reply. I hope you have fixed the issue by now.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

If the issue still exists, please try updating the app to the latest version available on App/Play Store and reboot the device once and check.
