Unable to convert file

I am having difficulty converting a file form Word to PDF. I use this service for my small business and I pay a heavy premium for all my services, I am unable to convert which means I cannot utilise the e-sign feature which is so much safer for us for our agreements to our customers, I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same. It used to work perfectly but literally stopped the other day, not changed anything. Please help!

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation: 

    1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

    3. A screen recording of the event for a better understanding.
