Unable to convert my file

I am not able to convert my pdf file to excel although i brought pro version of it.. i tryed several time but can't help me... please help me

Do you see any error messages when trying to convert the file? Are you using the Acrobat mobile app?

To test, please try the web portal and let me know if it works for you: https://adobe.ly/45LmQ4T;

If it works, please check moving the file to internal storage and trying the process again.

Let me know if the issue persists.

I am having this issue and it's becoming a real pain in my ass.

Won't convert pdf to excel for this particular bank statement. Does the other ones fine.
