Unable to convert to pdf

I am using this software for the last 2 months. I have paid subscription. It takes days to convert to pdf, I am trying for last hour but still not ready yet. Dont know what to do

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Do you see this issue with every file you try to convert? Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for a better understanding:

    1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. The iOS version of your device;

    3. A screen recording of the event for better understanding;

    4. The location where the files are stored (internal storage, Acrobat cloud, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc).
