Question

Unable to create pdf

I have adobe premium yearly subscription of 2699 inr. But still I am unable to create pdf required for my study purposes. Please help.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your account and found an active subscription for Acrobat Premium, purchased through the Apple Store.

 

However, you are posting this query using an Android device.

 

Is this the case for your usage, too? If yes, you will not be able to use the subscription, as Apple Store purchases and Google Play Store purchases are from separate platforms and do not allow cross-platform usage. 

 

This is a limitation from the platform side, and we do not have any control over this.

 

If this is not the case, please share more details with me so I can get this checked with the concerned team and get back to you.

Respected Sir.....
I have bought the subscription from apple ios platform.... but I have been
using the said subscription from both apple and android platforms..... and
not once there has been such issue before. Before I used to go for
monthly subscription of 349 inr

But from the time I have bought this annual subscription of 2699 inr, I am
UMABLE to perform the activity of CREATE PDF., from both apple and android
platforms.

Please look into this.

Is there any error message you see? Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the error?

 

Also, can you try restoring your subscription and check if it helps?
