Unable to decrypt a secured pdf on Acrobat Reader on iPad

I am able to decrypt a secured pdf on my Mac with Acrobat Reader DC but not able to on my iPad with Acrobat Reader app.

The first page of my secured pdf contains a text box to enter the access code and there is a login button below it. Nothing happens when I click on either of those on my iPad.
