Unable to delete a document showing up in the Recents Tab

I'm unable to delete a file which shows up in the Recents Tab on the welcome page in the iPad Acrobat app. When I click the 3 dots by the document name and select Delete file it says "Unable to delete" on a red tab at the bottom of the screen. This document strangely shows up only in recents and doesn't show up in and folder including "On My iPad". Appreciate any help with deleting this document.

Please check if the application is updated to the latest version.

Try signing out and rebooting the device once. Then sign in again and check if the file still appears in the recent list.

 

If the issue persists, please share the Acrobat Reader and OS version on your iOS device.

Hi Meenakshi,

Tried signing out and rebooting multiple times before this and tried it again.

Acrobat Reader is the latest version updated on teh iOS app store. Version 22.02.01

iOS version was updated just yesterday to the latest one, 15.4. But this issue has been there and persisted through the last 2 iOS updates. 

How can I resolve this?
