Unable to download documents from unemployment.

I have always been able to download any document woth this app no problems. A little over a month ago I started having issues only with my unemployment documents being downloaded. The following is the message i am receiving when trying to open a document. Please if anyone can help me!!!

The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the
Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use
Adobe Reader.
