Unable to edit PDF files after purchasing Adobe Acrobat

Hello Adobe Support Team,

 

I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat premium a few hours ago. Despite installing and activating the software, I am unable to edit PDF files. The editing features seem to be disabled or inaccessible.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

 

Do you see any error messages when trying to edit the file? Also, have you checked if the file is not editing restricted? Most books or forms are restricted from editing or content extracting from the creators.

 

Do you see any star sign when trying to edit the file? Please share a screen recording video of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance.
