Unable to fill and sign a form in reader mobile

I cannot fill and sign a form via Reader mobile, "Modify the document is not allowed because it is a read-only file" is shown after pressing the "Fill and Sign" button. The same form is able to be filled and signed by using desktop computer. And the same form is able to be filled and signed one month before by using Reader Mobile. Please let me know what should I do.
