je me suis inscrit sur Adobe Document Cloud croyant que cela me permettrait de voir mes fichiers créé sur mon IPad dans mon iPhone mais non, comment faire pour qu'un fichier créé sur un appareil se retrouve sur mes autres appareils qui ont aussi Adobe avec le même compte ?

It could be possible that the files you are looking for are not saved to document cloud and are on some other location (local most likely) due to which you are unable to find the document on the other device that you are logged in from.
