Unable to gain access to paid subscription

Good morning, I just recently purchased a year subscription however I am unable to gain access to any of the paid features. It just keeps telling me if I want to use a feature I need to subscribe now and when I select subscribe now it keeps telling me I'm already subscribed. Then it crashes and says "an unknown error occurred." I don't know if this matters or not but I'm using this app on my iPhone and iPad Pro. Help with this would be greatly appreciated thank you

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.

 

Could you please try to switch the network on your device? 

If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works. 

 

Are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly try to log in with your Apple ID once.

 

Also, Try to restore your purchase with the help of this article: -

If the issue persists, could you help us with some details -

1. Application version.

2. Device name and version.

3. A screenshot or video of the workflow you're doing.
