Unable to load the new terms of using in the last version of Adobe Reader for iOS

This is the error I get when I am loading the new terms. Without loading them, the app is nit usable.

Hi - I'm really sorry this is happening. We're investigating why this is happening to some users. In the interim, you may be able to work around this by logging into https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ in a web browser, using the same account. This should enable you to accept the terms outside of the application.

I have the same problem. No way to "agree" or even "disagree" with the terms.
