Hi Stefan,

As you are not able to sign in on Document Cloud, please make sure that you are using the right email address and the password.

Can you share the Adobe ID in a private message that you use to sign in?

To initiate the private message, hover your cursor on my profile name or the picture. You will get a small window with the message tab at the bottom.

Click on Message tab and type in the text to send it.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to sign-in in Document Cloud?

Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the exact message you get.

Are you on a desktop or you using a mobile application?

Please let us know the information asked above.

We will be waiting for your response.

Could you please share the exact dot version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and OS version installed on your device.

Please also share your Adobe ID (that you use to login mobile application) in a private message.

Since when you are experiencing this issue?

Could you please share your Adobe ID under which you have purchased the Adobe Acrobat DC.

Please send it in private message, do not share it here on forum or on social sites as it can be misused by others.
