Unable to open Adobe Acrobat Reader Intune on my iPad after upgrading to ios14.5.1

Hello, I'm not able to open/access my documents in Adobe Acrobat Reader Intune app on my iPad after I updated my iPad to iOS 14.5.1 recently. It says developer needs to update the app, please help as I have many important documents in this app. Attaching the screenshot
