Unable to open document

I use this program to create contracts for customers. I just prepared one and saved it. When I went to open it back up, there was no name on the file and I received the message, "unable to open document " . I have never seen this before so I tried again and the same this happened. Any thoughts on how I can fix this? My team and I depend on this app to prepare all documents for our clients.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    From the screenshot, it seems that the file has either been modified or removed, thus resulting in such error messages.

     

    Would you mind logging in to https://adobe.ly/3x95QIR and checking if the file appears and opens?

     

    This will help us narrow down our approach to investigating the issue.
