Unable to open password protected pdf

App canot open password protedted pdf ,l know the password but app not opening the pdf

Could you please let me know if you are able to open other pdf files(without password)?

Have you tried to open other password protected pdf?

Yes am able to open other pdf file but only password protected files unable to open , i check difrent files

Could you please try to open any password protected pdf file on desktop version of Reader and see if you are able to open it.
