Unable to open PDF doc from emails

Hi

Been reading some of your feedback from Adobe. I must say what a load of crap. How do you explain that we can open our documents on a laptop or computer yet the same email that comes up with an error "files are damaged or corrupt". Clearly there seems to be a problem with your app working on Hauwei androids. Stop bullshiting us about files often get corrupt or damaged over the server, cause the very same email with the same attachment, in the same format are able to be opened on a laptop or computer.

As we have tried to reproduce the issue on our end but it is working finr. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is it happening with all email attachments or a few specific ones?

2. Is there some error message while opening the attachments?

3. If possible, could you share a screen recording/video that shows the issue clearly

4. Android version?

5. App version?
