Unable to open PDF documents

Acrobat is up to date. I am unable to open any PDF files on my Ipad or Iphones

Could you confirm a few more details?

1. Is it happening with one file only or with all other files too?

2. What happens when you try to open a PDF?

3. iOS version?

4. Could you share one of the PDFs to test.
