 i am unable to open a pdf file in WhatsApp it refused as pop message appears to indicate not connected to printer device

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

This could be due to the fact that your printer is set as the default app for opening PDF files.

I suggest changing the default app from your device's settings
