Unable to open PDF in Adobe Pro - Error Message

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on my IPhone. I used my friends laptop to do some work (hard drive crashed on my laptop & it is getting fixed) & created a PDF on Adobe Reader & emailed it to myself. From my email, I was able to save the PDF on my Adobe "Cloud" however I can not open it. When I try I get this message: "This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAC or Windows". When I go to the App Store to try & install "Adobe Reader DC" the app that comes up is the one already downloaded on my IPhone, I do not understand!! This is an important PDF & I need a copy of it!! What can I do? I'm not tech savvy!! Please assist!!
