Unable to open PDFs from WhatsApp

Recently, out of nowhere I have been unable to open PDFs from my WhatsApp and every time I try, it shows "unable to access the file or check your connection" followed by a "a system error was encountered " notification from Adobe reader app, what's the issue?

    @mathew34980320blt2 The issue seems more from WhatsApp than Acrobat Reader.

     

    I tried to reproduce the issue at my end, and it worked (both Android and iOS).

     

    A screen recording of the workflow would be the best thing to share for further troubleshooting.

      Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

      1. The app version of Acrobat you use(go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

      2. The Android version of your device;

      3. A screenshot or a screen recording of the issue for a better understanding.
