Unable to prepare shared copy of the pdf

I am trying to share PDFs from my iPad and iOS acrobat app but it won't let me send them as it says there was an issue trying to prepare the shared copy. It was working this morning but then suddenly stopped.

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The iOS version you are using;

3. A screen recording of the workflow to better understand the scenario.
