Unable to print

I'm trying to print a document but I'm unable to. I'm asked for a password. I then fill in the password that i use to to view the document but comes bsck as incorrect. Which password should i use.

    Would you mind sharing the PDF with us to check further and assist you accordingly?

     

    Password protected files have different criterias on each levels and how they respond. The behavior is also different for mobile app as compared to the desktop versions.

     

    Getting the file would be a great way to investigate the behavior of the file and share the next steps.
