Unable to process cancellation of subscription

  • Hi, I've been trying forever to cancel my subscription since I don't use it, but it's getting paid for, tried doing it in subscription in apple store but does not show up. How do I cancel it?

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you've experienced.

 

For cancellation and refund, you need to connect with the particular store you purchased the application from; as Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores.
